To Customize a User Field as Lookup Field

After defining a new field, you can customize the field either as a Lookup Field or Description Field.

To Customize a User Field as Lookup Field

  1. Click the Lookup Fields tab.
  2. Click the Add Lookup Fields button.
  3. From the drop-down list, find the User field just created as shown:
  4. Select the User Field, then define a Lookup Table to use for the field.
